Yes, we provide reliable airport taxi services from Medanta Hospital and all nearby areas to IGI Airport Delhi (Terminal 1, 2, and 3). We also cover return pickups from the airport.
How long does it take to reach Delhi Airport?
The travel time from Medanta Hospital to IGI Airport is approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on traffic, route, and time of day. We recommend allowing extra time during peak hours.
Which airport terminals do you serve?
We serve all terminals at Indira Gandhi International Airport — Terminal 1 (Domestic), Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 (International & Domestic). Our drivers know the exact drop-off and pick-up points for each terminal.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?

We provide outstation taxi services to Jaipur, Manali, Shimla, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, Noida, Delhi, and other North India destinations.
What is the difference between one-way and round-trip?
In a one-way trip, you pay only for the journey to the destination. In a round-trip, you pay for the to-and-fro journey. Round-trips offer better value if you need a return ride.
How much does a Jaipur trip cost?

Do your drivers know hill station routes?
Yes, our drivers are experienced with mountain roads to Shimla, Manali, Rishikesh, and Dehradun. They know the terrain, weather conditions, and safe stopping points along the way.
Can I book an outstation taxi for multiple days?
Yes, multi-day outstation bookings are available. We offer special packages for trips to Manali, Shimla, and other hill stations that include driver allowance and fuel.
What vehicles are best for hill station trips?
For hill stations like Shimla and Manali, we recommend the Toyota Innova or Innova Crysta for their power, stability, and comfort on mountain roads. The Ertiga is also suitable for smaller groups.
Do you provide outstation taxis for pilgrimages?
Yes, we specialise in pilgrimage trips to Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mathura, and Vrindavan. Our drivers are familiar with temple routes, ghats, and parking areas at religious destinations.

How do I book a taxi?
You can book by calling +91 98129 51460, sending a WhatsApp message, or filling out the contact form on our website. We confirm bookings within 5 minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
For local trips, you can book anytime — even on the spot. For outstation and airport trips, we recommend booking at least 2-4 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. During peak season, book 1-2 days ahead.
Can I modify my booking after confirming?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Changes to the route, vehicle, or timing can be made by calling or WhatsApp messaging us.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 1 hour before pickup with no charge. Cancellations within 1 hour may incur a nominal fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full fare.
Do I get a booking confirmation?
Yes, you receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with driver details, vehicle number, estimated fare, and pickup time. You can also call us to verify your booking.
Can someone else use my booked taxi?
Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person by informing us with their name and phone number. The driver will be notified of the new passenger details.
Do you accept corporate bookings?
Yes, we offer corporate taxi packages with monthly billing, GST invoices, and dedicated account management. Contact us to set up a corporate account for your organisation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we offer monthly billing with GST invoices.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No advance payment is required for most bookings. You pay the driver at the end of your trip. For outstation multi-day trips, a small advance may be requested.
Is there a booking fee?
No, there is no booking fee or hidden charges. You only pay the fare that is quoted before your trip begins, plus any tolls or parking charges incurred during the journey.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we provide GST invoices for all trips. Corporate clients receive detailed monthly invoices. Individual passengers can request an invoice at the end of the trip.
Are there extra charges for tolls and parking?
Toll charges and parking fees are additional to the trip fare and are charged at actuals. We inform you of any expected toll charges before the trip begins.
Is there a night charge?
Trips between 12 AM and 5 AM may have a small night convenience surcharge. The exact amount is communicated before booking confirmation. Regular daytime fares apply for all other hours.
